New pages created in admin have UI_ID = 0

I recently discovered new pages created via the admin UI (in PR6) are entered into the s0x_Pages database with ui_id=0.

Presumably all pages belong to the one and only UI_ID, but it did throw me off a little. Not sure if this is a bug or by design, and/or changed in wombat.
