I have a couple of questions re User Rights in Wombat.

I like the Phone Order screen, but in Chuck's demo he shows the capability to change prices. That feature is a good one as long as I can limit who has that capability.

Same thing with Voiding or refunding and order. I want to give my CSR's access to the order entry and return screens, but I need to limit some of the functionallity.

As of now if you give someone access to that screen they can change pricing, we're going to be adding more features around that later.

As for Voiding and refunding they'll need your Encryption Key to do that, so that's easily restricted.

One other thing, on the Return Processing are you doing anything reguarding exchanges. We have alot og exchanges because people bought the wrong size.

Matt,

Right now the way it's setup is you would return one item in the order and then add the replacement item to that same order.

That would handle inventory properly, however it may make the Order Total look weird, I need to test we should probably deduct the Returns from the Order Total.
