Non-compliance fee - how does it work?

With the non-compliance fees (30 days for security and 90 for major releases), I'm wondering technically how this works, especially for customers we have that are not hosting directly with Miva?

    How do they get charged?
    Who exactly charges them?
    When does the charge happen?

I'm getting questions from some clients that aren't able to get onto v9 in time.

    Thanks!

If you're not hosted with us, we bill their host on the 15th and their host is responsible for any collections.

Thanks for the info Rick. Wasn't sure whether it was Miva checking based on the licenses, or the host checking.

I can now pass this info onto my clients.

We check based on license check in and the hosts reconcile.
