I just tired this on my store. The Payment Method For Groups module does not auto find the customer credit method, but you can manually add it.

The module name should be "customercredit" and the method code should be "credit"

This worked for me in my store.

Beautiful! This worked, thanks. I had the method code wrong ... but couldn't find out what it should have been. Seems to be ok now. Thanks!!
