Admin login keeps failing

I was able to log into my Miva 9 store a few weeks ago. Just tried again and it fails. I do not get an error code or anything. It does not ask me for my email or forgot password nothing. Has anyone had this happen to them? Please help I don't know what to do at this point.

If the password was bad and you tried a few times, it could have locked you out, but otherwise no real way to debug this without being hands on with the store. If you're hosted with us, support can investigate, reset, debug, etc. and get you back in.

I feel your pain! If you have access to your Plesk admin, and saved the "sort of" secret instructions you can reset your password through mysql. And you can break it worse....if you don't know what you are doing.
The total absence of a way to self serve password help is a glaring omission in my opinion. But what do I know, I'm just looong time miva user, and a 30 year corporate datacenter solutions IT guy. Maybe the PCI-DSS rules prevent this feature?

That is correct. It will also prevent the other way of doing it if you're configured in a manner consistent with the PA-DSS requirements, since that removes access to the database outside of the payment application.
