This post is a little late to the party but I was having a similar problem with Template Data Feed and thought it may be helpful to someone. TemporarySession=1 is needed to auto-logout, however auto-logout is triggered by the progress meter that steps across the page and this forces Template Data Feed to stop before all products are written. Fortunately there's an easy fix. Edit the template and set "Override clock and increment every xxx records" to some number greater than the number of products in the store. In my case, I've got around 750 products so I set it to 1000.
