We've been using Ultimate Order Status for years and we'd like to move away from using this entirely if possible. This module is very old and since it's Sebenza it's no longer supported.
I'm toying with the features right now with Miva 9 and it looks like there are built in order statuses for "Processing", "Backordered", "Shipped" but we have need custom order statuses, for instance, "Waiting for Customer Feedback" or "Sent to Physician" that would both trigger a template based email to be sent to the customer and change their order status to this specific status in the order history and in the Miva admin.
Is this possible to do?
