How to Handle Phone Sales When Tracking Inventory in Miva

We are working on increasing our company's efficiency by moving to v9 and utilizing the software to its max including shipping tracking, inventory tracking, etc. All of this will be synchro'ing to our Quickbooks. Can anyone suggest how to best handle phone orders (we take a lot of them). Is there a manual enter order page with Miva? Previously we have been tracking all inventory in QuickBooks and customers and orders have been manually entered into QuickBooks.

Any suggestions on how this might flow would be most appreciated.

We enter our phone orders via the Order Processing screens in the Admin side.

You could also do it through the store side as well, basically going through the same shopping and checkout process that your customers use.
