USPS - API Authorization failure popup when try to generate shipping label

When I try to generate a shipping label for USPS, the following message pops up when I click the 'Generate' button:

"Error retrieving the shipping label: API Authorization failure. User (*my user account) is not authorized to us API DeliveryConfirmationV3."

Can anyone tell me what setting I'm missing?

Hello 'mwtex'

This means that you need to contact USPS and let them know they need to activate API usage on your account.

Your account is active, but they have to also add permission to use the Delivery Confirmation API. We had to go through this ourselves when we first introduced this into the software.
