Avalara Install Breaks Login Cookies

Argentis just reinstalled Avatax module to our website. It worked correctly for about 8 months then stopped. It was reinstalled on Friday. On Saturday we discovered you could not stay logged into an existing account. Every page you went to after logging in asked for a new log in. We tried everything we could think of but only when the Avatax module was deactivated did the cookies start working again.

We've tried all day to get Argentis or Avalara to respond to this critical need all day with no reply or help.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

It is unlikely that your login issues are related to the module.

Miva needs a secure and non-secure cookie in order to login correctly. Make sure you are first visiting a non secure page before clicking the secure login page.

This is usually the cause when I come across this issue.

Brennan it doesn't work once the Avatax module is activated. You just go in a circle. Would you please take a look at it? If you log in and then try to do anything it makes you repeatedly log in. Right now the avatax module is deactivated.
