    T-Hub Atandra

We are interested in T-hub functionality but are concerned about there ability to perform. Their phone support seems to be non existent based on our calling and posts back in 2014. Are their any real time users out there? We mainly want to import orders from Miva to Quickbooks POS.

We are looking into this as well. I sent an email a few weeks ago and never heard back from them.

Yes you can ship online orders from T-HUB using UPS WOrldShip or directly from T-HUB and then it will send tracking to QuickBooks and to the website See video on this page http://www.atandra.com/partners/tech...rders-with-ups

Let me know if any questions

I think you have to understand their organization. They are not organized under 1 roof but are distributed in various areas, hence the need to leave a message at their call center and they call back FYI

Well we went ahead and purchased this program. It is taking 3 days to get support to get it up and running so they either are selling lots of software or don't have many support people. This may be an indication of previous complaints about not getting support? We'll see.
              Thanks,

I can say this, they are a small company but from the feedback I hear from clients, once you have this thing dialed in, it's both great and bullet proof. If you need me to rattle the cage a little, let me know.

Since you volunteered to go first, please keep us up to date on the progress :) Which features will you be using? Inventory management, order import, shipping info import / export?

We have had T-hub for about 1 month. Not the smoothest install but it seems now to be transferring the information from Miva to Intuit POS. There's issues with the categories the data is stored in, and issues with the transfer of the POS data to Quickbooks GL. There are issues with POS and the categories it can store. T-hub system's of support are weak. They can't seem to support you when you want/need the support, only when it fits their system.

We feel this is going to work but it's as bad as getting teeth pulled!
                    Thanks,

Just tagging in. I was thinking this was what we were going to do. I scheduled a phone call and they never called. They sent emails reminding me to be available, but nothing after that. It sounds like the solution I want, but reading some reviews......
                      Thank you,
                      John

Hey Leslie I just came across this post and have been using T-Hub on a clients website for 3 years it works pretty well., sorta.

However, support is slow and not responsive on a good day.

Posting the Payment Method to Quickbooks Point Of Sale is horrible especially now that we are using the NEW PayPal Commerce Platform. Everything comes in as PayPal and we now just map the transaction to Visa in Quickbooks POS. Since there is no way to map out of the payment method in the New PayPal Commerce Platform if it was Visa, MC, AMX or DI.

Split Payments are more difficult to deal with when on the site we have Miva Points, Store Credit, and usually a balance charge on a credit card. Miva handles this perfectly but only passes off the transaction as a one payment method.

T-Hub needs some serious updating to connect to Quickbooks POS to deal with PayPal Commerce Platform and Split Payments. Seems no-one wants to take ownership of this and fix it. My understanding is Miva wrote the module that is past of the solution.

And unfortunately this is the only solution for QuickBooks POS and Miva.

You can contact me off-list if you have any questions.
