Setting up Image Machine

I'm doing some updates to one of my sites that I haven't touched in years. I've assigned the item (prod_imagemachine?) to the PROD page and enabled it. I feel as though I have to edit the Product Display Layout, but I can't fine anywhere in the Miva PDF manual that tells me how to do this. How do I get image machine working?
