Printable Packing List

I am trying to find a way to create a printable packing list that can be activated under 'Order Processing' when an order is being prepared for shipping. Can I create it under template based batch reports? How do I make it appear on the Order Processing page?

Yes, MIva comes default with two batch reports. One for orders called "Printable Invoice" and another for shipments called "Shipment Picklist". To run then, click on one or more orders (or shipments) and then you'll see a batch button. Click this button and select batch report then choose the report from the drop down menu. This will bring up a new window with the report. From there you cab right click and hit print.

One more thing. On my packing list, I don't want to show prices (unlike invoice) but to show quantify, product description, product variants etc. What are the variable names for these items, and how to write them on the new forms? Also I understand that I can create custom field for orders. How do I output this on the form? Thanks.
