Restrict Shipping Method for Availability Group Members Only

I have 2 shipping methods (1 for retail customers and 1 for wholesale customers). I have an Availability Group set up for wholesale and have assigned the proper shipping method to them. However, my second shipping method is still showing to customers in the wholesale Availability Group.

Is there a way to limit just these wholesale group members to that one shipping method? Ideally, I'd like to stay away from creating a second group for retail customers because it throws a monkey wrench in some other things we need to do with the site.

I have Toolkit installed and do use some basic conditional code to show/hide things based on group membership. But I haven't found a way to use this for shipping methods just yet.

Under shipping method rules, you can edit your Shipping Method that is shown to your availability group customers, and set it to exclude the other methods you don't want displaying.
