Schema mark up for products whose price is determined by variants

I am trying to add Google Structured Data to my products and where I am stuck is how to add the product price, as most of the product price is determined by the variants generated.

so I can't use the regular mark up like below

<span id="price-value" itemprop="price">&mvt:product:formatted_price;</span>

as the price will always be 0.00 when we view the source as the variant price is displayed dynamically

Any advice is appreciated

We had the Professional Services do this for us. It was a 3-4 hour job for them.

I attempted to do it myself also but the JS was a bit too much for me.

Oh ok, I am surprised that there is nothing built into Miva that can provide the price.
