    Accidentally marked order as shipped – is there a way to "unship"?

    An order that was being held accidentally got marked as shipped. I cannot find any way to undo this action. Is this possible without actually deleting the order? The customer needed us to wait on shipping this order, and we don't want to cancel it and recreate a new one as it might cause confusion since it will have a new order number.

    You do not need to delete the order but you do need to delete the item in the order and then add it back in to the order.
