MailChimp - Missing Images for Abandoned Cart messages - Problem with API?

HI All,
I am trying to start using the Automation campaigns in MailChimp, but I am running into problems.

The first problem is with Abandoned Cart messages. The cart data is connecting but the Image associated with the product are no connecting, It's showing a broken link.

Then I talk to Mailchimp they are saying it a problem with the API Connection. Can and or how can this be fixed?

Also is there a list of what Mailchimp Automating features work with Miva? I am also trying to connect the Retarget site visitors, but that also does not want to connect?

The Miva module will only do certain things with MailChimp:

• Add order data to MailChimp subscriber records and provide aggregate e-commerce reporting on your campaigns
• Add customers as subscribers to your list, if that option is selected in the Miva module
• Allow you to use the MailChimp abandoned cart automation

Other fancy MailChimp stuff isn't automated with this module.

I am not using the MailChimp abandoned cart messaging, but it sounds like you might not have images set up correctly in the Miva module. In MailChimp, look at a subscriber record for someone you know who has made a purchase. Click on the E-commerce tab on the subscriber record. Do your product images show up there, or do you have broken links there too? If you're not seeing product images, that means you don't have your Miva module configured correctly for images. (I had this problem on my first try.) If that's the case, you'll need to fix the issue in Miva and then run the full sync to MailChimp again. That will make images available.
