I'm going to tag in on this because I'm having an issue with the Addendum module intermittently NOT saving the EP Addendum module data. At first, I thought support had figured it out when they made a cookie setting change. The responses started coming in until today, it skipped one. It's easy to figure out if it was skipped because one question is required and must be answered to move on to the next screen. If it's skipped, the page reloads with the Addendum error message. I don't think there is a way around this but I could be wrong. Every order should have at least 1 Addendum response.

This is not the first time I have encountered issues with the EP Addendum module, the standard response is to convert to the Custom Order Fields. For sites that don't have required questions or need to collect a fee, I've done this. Being able to collect a fee as part of the Custom Order Fields can't be done (as far as I know). Do anyone have a way to make a Custom Order Field required? I'm thinking it might be doable with a bunch of javascript instead of Bill's simplicity...

      FYI:

Since the creation of Basket Custom fields, the better methodology is to save the data these Basket Fields, then do the conversion to Order Fields on OPAY screen. (Or, if you know and have access too, the first Fulfillment process. I.e., Templated Customer email.)

I would prefer that method but ShipWorks doesn't support pulling custom basket fields to be put onto the invoices so we are forced to use the addendum module.

Funny thing is I've made the addendum module work on our merchant emails but now they aren't being sent to ShipWorks when orders are being downloaded.

Our host created a ticket with Miva though so hopefully that will be resolved.

To anyone looking to have the Addendum module data sent to shipworks:

Try updating the module within miva to the most current one for miva 9 found at the bottom of this page: https://support.shipworks.com/hc/en-...s/360022653851

The additional checkout questions are now being sent properly to shipworks as order notes as it should. (Stated in the shipworks store settings under Addendum Module)

Now I have regained the capability of printing the answers to our shipworks invoices... finally... hallelujah lol.
