Miva Merchant 9.11 Dev and Production Site Login Issues - Locked out.

I have a development site and a production site. I upgraded to 9.11. I can login into my development store and went thru the process of having the code emailed to me and logged in fine. Went to my production site, ran the upgrade for 9.11 and when I went to login the code was not emailed to me. I am assuming it is because the dev and production sites have the same email address for my admin user. So now I am locked out from our production site. I have sent in an email to miva support over an hour ago and no response yet. This is super frustrating anyone else have this problem I could not be the only one that has a dev and production site. Need a work around for this so i can get back into my production site. ARGH Pissed.. I feel dumb but I shouldn't feel this way. Thanks

Well, I can do the opposite. I can log into the existing site, but can't get into the dev.
