    Customer Initiated Returns

Storeowner would like to make the returns process easier for customers. She's thinking if a customer wants to return, they should be able to pull up their order number (and billing zip code like on the order lookup page) and have the option of selecting which products from their order they'd like to return. They should be able to click a continue button that will take them to the next screen where a return itemized list AND a return shipping label can be printed.

Maybe a "return" column with checkbox beside each item on the order details page would be what is needed to begin the return process?

    Does anybody have anything?

Self-service returns and refunds. Sounds like an interesting timesaver. All of my products are digital, so all we do is disable a password if it is unused. No shipping out or back. Count me in!

ShipStation knows returns are time-consuming, and likely your least favorite part of running your business. The hard truth is they are...
