I saw references in the json api documentation about customer points ie. a loyalty rewards point system.. but I don't see anything in the lsk. Where is the 9.14 lsk? I'm really curious about the stuff in 9.14 we don't know about, but that is in our upgraded stores.

1. Will it prevent coupon redemption if a customer is also redeeming points?

There is nothing built into the module to prevent both from being used. However you could via template code once points were applied, remove any coupons.

2. Can you exclude some products from collecting points?

Yes there are inclusions for setting which products are allowed to accrue points.

It's in final testing right now and will hopefully be out in the next couple weeks, but no there's no pre-release version available.

AHerb That's a good idea. I'm manually doing that right now for our shoppers who are "gaming" us on the Sebenza Points Module.

- in some extreme cases, points can become negative (purchased, spent points, returned original purchase), now customer has to buy more, to cover spent points
- negative points should never expire
