Finding a category code from a category ID?

When using the Search and Replace tool, all the results from categories use category IDs. I don't know what to do with those. How do I find the specified category using that category ID?

(I brought this up a couple years ago, but I can't get that solution to work for me now.)

on the sitemap template add the category id token (&mvt:category:id; )

Another method (same concept).

Create a blank page template.
Give it a URL of /lookup.html
Add <mvt:do name="l.result" file="g.Module_Library_DB" value="Category_Load_ID( g.cat_id, l.settings:category )" />
&mvt:category:code; | &mvt:category:name;

Then just call it using /lookup.html?cat_id=123

where 123 is the id given in search.
