After a customer complained that she received 29 password reset emails Sunday morning we opened a ticket and MIVA support reported that our site was "slammed" by a Russian IP address. Anyone else have the same issue? What can be done to prevent something like this from happening in the future? We have the captcha installed on our payment page but don't see this option available for other miva system form pages. Any advice would be appreciated.

I created an open-source module that you can use to add Google ReCaptcha to any page on your site, specifically to combat this problem. Details are on this thread: https://www.miva.com/forums/forum/on...omers-accountsLooking for work as of March 2024! I've been a web developer for going on 20 years, with most of that time spent on Miva sites.
