How can I get FedEx 2 Day AM to be an option under Shipping -> FedEx Web Services? It's a valid method, but not in the list.

I'm not sure - I see it under ours at the very bottom of the list.
Maybe your account doesn't qualify for it? Or maybe you need to refresh your FedEx account information in the module?

Make sure your account info is all correct - the account # and meter # included. If it looks correct, I believe you have to contact FedEx about your meter number not giving the correct rates. The meter number is what tells FedEx what rates to give.
