Need to disable "Make a call from" popup when clicking on a contact us form field

clientmake a call.png is using a standard Miva contact us form and showed me that when you click any field using Chrome a pop up comes up asking to make a call. I could duplicate it but don't have the answer how to disable it in general and not for my machine. Anybody having a solution already?

I'm not sure it's something you can turn off in the code -- it's a setting in Chrome the user has to turn off themselves, which they can do by typing chrome://flags in the URL bar then searching "click to call" and setting it to "disabled."

Thanks, that's what I found too but you can't ask customers to turn it off in order to fill out the form. What is weird, is that it triggers on every field and not a phone number. Try it https://www.denicotea.com/CTUS.html

I think you need to close the tel anchor tag just above the form. Right now it is wrapping the form.
