For a few weeks, entering a coupon code results in "Your basket is not eligible for the specified coupon."
No changes were made, there are no exclusions or restrictions, eligibility is All shoppers, valid dates are correct, it's active, no Max use, I've tried editing, creating new, I can't get this to work.
Can anyone offer any insight?
