I'd probably recommend looking at your site's access logs to see if you can find requests for /( or /( and then hopefully your logs also include a referring page so you can figure out what page people were on before requesting that. Then take a look at the page that sent them to the bad URL and see if you can find any code issues that could result in that.
Thanks for getting back to me David
I checked my access logs but it doesn't show-up there, only in Google analytics and the sending pages are from all over the site.
The /( only shows up on my CTGY and PROD pages. A view source shows this code:
<scripttype="text/javascript">
var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push(['_setAccount', xx-xxxxxx]);
_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '(/CTGY/Bath-Safety.html)']);
(function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
(document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0] || document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0]).appendChild(ga);
})(); </script>
Hmm really odd, I was able to find your site by searching for /CTGY/Bath-Safety.html and unfortunately I don't see anything in the code that should cause that either.
I used the snippet of code in the head tag that everyone else uses. I'm surprised that no one else has this problem.
Does Kemper monitor this forum? It seems they don't offer support for this module
