Synchro - Has anyone had success in syncing custom product fields?

Hello,

I have four custome product fields that are not synchronizing. I thought one of them used to sync, but I now realize that that is not the case.

Anyway - I am doing all the syncing manually - and since we now have more products, it is becoming a challenge.

Any hints as to how to get this to work would be great.

I have tried selective sync - and it does not do anything.

I do not remember whether the custom field was first created in Miva or Quickbooks.

All fields are mapped correctly - with Both(Creation and update) and QB-> Miva for sync direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
