Feature Feedback.

I didn't spend a lot of time looking through the manual because I am planning on using Selling Manager Pro. However, I did see that Miva copies the description from the item to the Miva eBay Form. I think this is a bad idea. I think it would be better to have a check box allowing the user to pull from the item description or enter a custom one. That way if the description gets changed, it would automatically update when you list the next time. Otherwise, you would have to update it in two places. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the input. We also pull product name as the title for the eBay settings. They are just initially loaded so people have a reference of their product. I understand the difficulty with updating the product in 2 places and if there are more people wishing for this feature, we will look into it further. Thank you!

StoneEdge is not importing eBay sales details. Can that be fixed with StoneEdge?

We do not add the sales details to the order currently. What eBay sales details are you wanting to be imported?

Miva is not pushing the tracking numbers back to eBay. How do I make this happen?

When the shipment information is saved in miva it is pushed to eBay. How are your tracking numbers set on the eBay order in your Miva store?

My best guess would be end of year. We're doing Amazon next and then will come back to eBay Motors.

We have no estimated time frame for eBay Motors and its categories. We do know that it will be added in the future, unfortunately I cannot give you any time frame at this time.

Miva is not pushing tracking numbers to eBay. I was under the impression that it would. Could someone respond?

It works properly on my store and I know it does in our testing environment too.

I would suggest opening a ticket so Dev can look at your store specifically.

I'm having trouble creating a shipment from a downloaded order. I did open order, use ebay tab to mark paid but can't create shipment. Any suggestions on what I might have forgotten?

To create a shipment try this:
1. Edit the order
2. Select the items you wish to ship
3. Click Create Shipment

Your shipment is created and you can enter tracking number and carrier at this time.

This is the primary support spot, since it's mostly monitored by Dev still (since it's new), but in your case if you're doing all the steps and it's not working, that's the best way.
