Re: Miva Merchant Marketplaces 1.0002 Support Thread
Rick,
Is eBay having a connection issue today or is there a problem with the updated module? I am receiving the following error and it did not start until today, "Internal Error to the Application".
Thanks in advance.Sincerely,

Re: Miva Merchant Marketplaces 1.0002 Support Thread
How come I am receiving the message that I must select a return policy? All my policies are already, and have been for quite some time, up and running on eBay.com.Sincerely,

Re: Miva Merchant Marketplaces 1.0002 Support Thread
If the policies are supposed to automatically download to Miva they are not doing so unless I need to force a download somewhere that I can't find. The only error is when I go to Marketplace - eBay Listings and try to Update All Listing Details then this appears:
Timestamp: 09/04/2014 11:23:03 EDT User ID: tmasus Event: GetSellerEvents Type: API Request Status: Error Code: 10007 Message: Internal error to the application. Sincerely,

The issue is that after upgrading the module to v1.0002 all details will have to be re-saved (Edit each detail then click save) and listings will work properly again.[I]Kyle Hansen

Re: Miva Merchant Marketplaces 1.0002 Support Thread
There is a currently known issue when upgrading the module to v1.0002.
The issue is that all your details will have to be re-saved in order to create a new listing.
1. Go to the Marketplace - eBay Listing Details tab
2. Click on the title of a detail
3. Click save
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for all details
If you fresh install the marketplace module v1.0002, this issue will not occur.Last edited by khansen; 09-04-14, 08:55 AM.[I]Kyle Hansen

I do not have a time frame of when that issue will be resolved.
The Update All Listing Details button on the Marketplace - eBay Listings tab triggers the GetSellerEventsRequest which causes the internal error to the application. This issue is not related to the Marketplace - eBay Listing Details details policy issue.
You only have to update a Detail once in order for it to work properly, in regards to the policy issue.[I]Kyle Hansen
