I'm having the same problem. No tax being calculated. Also I charge a setup fee on all orders, that's not being charged either. If you choose place an order without an account and get to a point where the tax and fee are added into the shopping cart then go to google checkout it works. But since google wants the checkout button on the basket screen it's bypassed.
