Can not change my /error_docs/not_found.html

I keep getting a message like below:

Error: Unable to edit file /error_docs/not_found.html: Failed to copy files storage to destination path. stderr: filemng: Cannot open destination file '/var/www/vhosts/<edited>/error_docs//not_found.html.XjdKAI'
System error 13: Permission denied

stdout: filemng: Cannot open destination file '/var/www/vhosts/<edited>/error_docs//not_found.html.XjdKAI'
System error 13: Permission denied


I can open and edit ythe file, but when one saves the changes, or even if
there are no changes it will no save but instead throws the error.

It may require a traditional FTP client to download/modify/upload that file due to it being outside of httpdocs, but please open a support ticket and our support staff can determine if that's the case or not, or get it fixed so you can use the file manager.
