Miva Payment Update Account

anybody know how or where i can change my miva payment account? I want to update my credit card information. I have e mail Miva Support 10 times and no response . GO FIGURE!! i tried calling MIVA SUPPORT and guess what no help:( . so if anybody from Miva is reading this post please please please get your act together!!!

Email to MIVA's support may go unnoticed as they recently switched their support options, but you can try calling them at 866-284-9812 to see if they can help you with this issue.

I called Miva and they told me to give them my credit card number so they can update my account. As this is the only way they can update an Miva Payment account. First i told him "your in the online business so YOU should understand i want to be able to update my account online in a safe secure site" he said this is not possible. then I told him "there is no way i am giving my credit card number out over the phone". I bet if i cancelled my current credit card an Miva could not receive my monthly payment i would be able to update my Info!!!

Updating Credit Card Information

To update your credit card and billing information on your MIVA Payment account, go to https://mmp.miva.com/billing/billing_payment.mvc and log in with your the account you created when you signed up.

If you need your account information, you will need to get that from Support. I hope this helps!
