Product Question and Answer module or service

I am researching to find either a module, app or service that works with Miva 9 to put questions and answers on product pages. Shopify (https://apps.shopify.com/simp-questions-and-answers) has one but I was wondering if anyone had any better ideas or suggestions.

There is a Miva plugin for this. Email our sales team and they can get you some information about it.

I have no doubt I am missing something here, but would it not be easier to just create a product custom field (e.g.: prod_faq) and display its contents using Content Section (e.g.: also named prod_faq, with <ul><li></li></ul>) and place the Content Section tag inside the product template page?

I believe the feature they are asking for is FAQ content that can be created by customers...sort of like cross between a 'review' and a 'forum'.
