I'd like to know if Synchro can be used to download specific orders - or all the orders for a particular day - and then we can import those into QB Enterprise 16. I'm leery and would like to have more control until we've seen how it works with our setup.

Hello habreu,

This all depends on if you've had synchro installed for years, prior to Windows 7. There is a Miva Merchant menu that gets added to the file menu in QuickBooks that allows you to select specific orders, or a range of orders. If this is a fresh installation then chances are that menu does not get added to your QuickBooks File menu. Where do you stand with this? Are you new to synchro, or have you had installed for a while?

We would be new - tried Synchro 5 years ago (?) but many QB updates since then.

I should mention I just fired off some more questions via email to you guys to see if we can get Synchro to work for us.
