Etsy Marketplace - oauth_problem=consumer_key_refused

Today we started receiving an error when trying to import our Etsy Marketplace orders:

oauth_problem=consumer_key_refused

Any suggestions?

As a follow up.. It took me forever to find the "Apps Page" on my Etsy account, but when I did I saw that there was a warning:

You may experience errors using some of the apps you have authorized.
May be incompatible with the new inventory management tools.
