Yes as long as your root supports PHP, but as a best practice, I'd recommend putting WordPress in a subdomain like blog.mysite.com and ideally restricting PHP access in the directory where you're running Miva Merchant unless you absolutely need it.

Moving over to HTTPS Miva and wordpress
Hi all, I am in the process of finally converting an old site to the new Miva with Ready Themes. And of courses when I relaunch I am going to want to have it in the HTTPS.
Is there a way to have Miva and WordPress in the same Domain. Example HTTPS://www.mysite.com & HTTPS://www.mysite.com/blog
