Miva Shopper Approved Integration Issues

Anyone else having random issues with the Miva Shopper Approved integration?

I've had a hard time with their support getting the "product reviews" set up to the point we're stalled, but we were able through a ton of back and forth to get the site reviews to show up. Their support is terrible overall, although once things are hooked up, the service is to a degree stupid valuable.

Were you able to get this to work. I had it working for years but I just noticed product reviews arent showing anymore and only site reviews. What did you use for [PRODUCT ID]? I have [&mvt:product:code;] and that use to work but something must have changed.
