Synchro - Custom Fields

Two questions:

-I got the Synchro 'Quick Start' pdf - is there more complete documentation elsewhere?
-Is there a way to sync custom fields? Or a way to declare certain custom fields so Synchro sees them? ie we have a custom order field for 'Purchase Orders' but I don't see it in Synchro.

The only other guides we have are these 2 below. Development may have something newer coming down the pipe line in a future release of Synchro, I'm just not sure when that would be.

I checked my field mappings in Synchro for Sales Receipts, Sales Orders and Invoices under "properties >> Fields" and it looks like Synchro doesn't see custom order fields. So, currently you cannot map custom order fields in Miva Synchro to QuickBooks. I have a couple of custom order fields in my dev store and Synchro didn't see them.

Thank you Rafael. I put a ticket in to support with my final group of questions and we'll see. It may be that Synchro isn't right for our setup at this time. I'm hoping it will be because it will save a lot of time copying the orders and such back into Quickbooks.

Is there a dev team contact for Synchro that we can talk to directly to answer pre-sale integration questions, specifically anything new on handling custom fields?
