    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration

    Does anyone know about the process of integrating Miva with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
    What the process would be, does it require a third-party application, etc?

    In technical terms there are 2 ways to do it, via a middleware (Celigo, Jitterbit, and others) or you can setup a direct API integration.

    As a rule of thumb the former is a lower up front cost with an ongoing monthly cost (say $500 - $2k per month depending on complexity and other items) and the latter is a higher upfront cost (north of $10k usually and can be much higher depending on needs) but no ongoing costs unless API changes happen.

    We're launching a new product soon that's a middleware as a service called Miva Connect, and Dynamics 365 is on our short list of products to support (this year, but Netsuite is first), so depending on timing we might be able to assist.
    Thanks,

      Thanks, Rick;
      We are just looking at the possibilities right now, so we will check in with Miva when we get closer.
