Shopper Approved Issues

The Shopper Approved integration is not working properly for us and Shopper Approved says that they made some updates but haven't updated the Miva integration. They said they will get to it when they can but it seems low on their priority list from speaking with them. Is anyone else having this issue with them?

The product feed is not being transmitted to them automatically via the module.

We don't have a Shopper Approved module in our store (it likely didn't exist when we first started using them). We send our feed to them outside Miva.
