Rumbleship Integration Stopped Working?

We have a shopper facing page on our site for wholesale / education clients where they can submit the application to be apply for Rumbleship payment type but the content is not being displayed - were getting the following:

Site Not Found

Why am I seeing this?


There are a few potential reasons:

1. You haven't deployed an app yet.
2. You may have deployed an empty directory.
3. This is a custom domain, but we haven't finished setting it up yet.

How can I deploy my first app?

Brennan It's hard for me to tell... Rumbleship does not use Availability Groups to isolate customers who are eligible for their payment method (I'm actually not sure how they do it,) so I can't easily view assigned accounts and go into a test account that I know is approved for Rumbleship. I've tried several of my test accounts and none of them seem to display a Net 30 Rumbleship payment option during the checkout process, so either I'm trying the wrong test accounts or the payment type is broken on our site in general..

Is it just the links to the docs or is the integration not working?

The links to hosted Rumbleship docs and applications on my site stopped working.. anyone else using Rumbleship having these same problems or have a solution?
