Can't see Google Checkout button

I have done all the recent Miva updates and installed Google Checkout but am receiving the following message on my Basket Contents page:

Fatal error in /mm5/5.00/modules/payment/google_checkout5.mvc @ [00000059:00000036]: modules/payment/google_checkout5.mv: Line 2272: Unresolved call to external function 'crypto_hmac_sha1'

I have read on other postings that updating the libraries should help, so I have asked my host to do that for me.

However, on my website on the Product List page after the customer clicks on "Add on to Basket" the page just refreshes. When they want to checkout they would just click on the Checkout button, never seeing the Basket Contents page. I would like to add the Google Checkout button to the Product List, and customer login pages as well. I am still trying to learn the Miva language and don't know what code to put where. Any suggestions?

Another alternative would be to get my "Add one to Basket" button lead to the Basket Contents page. I asked my host about this but they said that nothing can be done. Is this correct? This option seems like it would be easier then adding the Google Checkout button to several other pages.

Alter either your checkout link or your product page templates to direct the customer to the basket before continuing.
