Under date and time options, you can set the time to your local time zone.

server time incorrect??

I've set my time zone to EST, but the forum reports the time as 1:20PM, it is currently 2:13 here in Toronto.

Yes, that's an offset on MIVA's server, and they are working on it (per another post).
