OT: how best to create html newsletters?

    Hi Tom,

Give Scot's Mailing List a shot. You can download a copy and play around
    with it from:

    <A HREF ="http://www.scotsscripts.com/scripts/scotmail2.zip">http://www.scotsscripts.com/scripts/scotmail2.zip</A>

This is full featured except that you can not send out the newsletters
    until you purchase a license.

If you decide to get a license, do it from my site as the price is
somewhere around $40 less than the MivaCentral price.

    Regards,

    Scot
