Gap under Featured Products carousel Levels

With regards to your Related Products, it appears you are using a rather large image there instead of serving up a more appropriate size through Miva. This may be causing issues depending on the speed of the site at the time of access. I would recommend setting the image size to the default shipped in Levels, 255x333, and go from there. By updating the image size, you may also see an improvement in page load speed.

Ugh figured out what it was for me... Windows 10 text size under display, anything past default (even 101%) causes the gap on Chrome
