    Can Customer Enable Cancelled Subscription?

    I had a customer call today to re-enable a subscription that they had cancelled. In Levels Theme the customer could not see a cancelled subscription but it looks like they can in Shadows. I notice there are options on the CSUB screen for this now. There does not appear to be any way for the customer to re-enable the subscription though. Is there a way to allow them to re-enable ?

    Hi Jim,

    I believe, once cancelled, a subscription would have to be processed through checkout again. I will check to see if there is another way.

      I notice that you can click on the cancelled subscription and view it, but there are no edit fields. You can "Save" or "Cancel"

        Hi Jim,

        Looks like there are two way to re-enable a canceled subscription:
        1. The customer would have to purchase the subscription product again.
        2. A shop owner can re-enable a canceled subscription in the administration portal.
