Add to that list GoDaddy, where they, too, seem to restrict their hosting packages to something like 150 messages in a 24 hour period. Sure, they are cheap (can't beat $3.49/month) but unless it's your personal hobby site and you don't mind not getting email or being able to send it, I wouldn't call it "business class" hosting option. No hosting company should be imposing limits on the number of emails sent or received - period. At worst, if you were a super heavy user sending massive amounts of email on a shared server, they could ask you to move the site to a dedicated server, perhaps, but not put a limit of 10 emails every 5 minutes. What happens if you have more than 10 orders in 5 minutes (disregarding any other email you may be sending)? Is the 11th customer supposed to get an SMTP error message and not get the invoice emailed to them? That's really, really, really... really bad.
