Synchro, QuickBooks, Credit Card type - stopped synching after update to 10.01.00

    Synchro, QuickBooks, Credit Card type - stopped synching after update to 10.01.00

    After the latest Miva update, the Payment Method Type is no longer synching properly.
    Before the update, the Payment Method in QuickBooks would populate with the card type - "Visa," "MasterCard," etc.
    After the update, newly synched Orders/Sales Receipts in QuickBooks have all payment methods as "CHASE Paymentech Orbital Gateway".

    I looked at the mapping in Synchro to see if I need to update/change it and I am not finding anything.
    Any suggestions on how to get the credit card type synched again?

    Hello s1b,

    Make sure you're running the latest version of synchro 1.79 (both desktop application and connector module in your Miva store).

    You can download the latest files at the bottom of this page - https://www.miva.com/support/downloads

    The desktop app is the .exe file it should install right on top of your existing installation. The connector module gets added to your Miva admin under Settings > Domain Settings > Modules. Search for Synchro and you'll find "Miva Synchro Connector" edit that, upload the new .mvc file check the box to overwrite the module and update and it should read version 1.79. If after updating both the desktop application and connector module to version 1.79 then please create a support ticket with us so I can take a look.
