Not sure you'd call this a bug or a feature. I've just discovered that one can add an inactice product to an order created in the admin. While I understand why you'd want admins to be ABLE to do this, I'd think a 'warning/notice' would be both expectant and prudent. You can't expect CSRs to know the status of all products. Same with item codes not matching an existing product.
